Introduction

Welcome to my online journal! What I post here is not consistent, and it doesn't fall into any one category. I post about my thoughts, my dreams, lifestyle, and anything else I might feel like posting!

With A Knife

I blame my roommate for this current obsession.
"Belief" - stripped version (Gavin Degraw)
I want to sing to this song, I want to listen to it on repeat, and enjoy it constantly.
His voice is amazing!
I'll put the link to the youtube video down at the bottom of this post so you can listen to it too, if the mood strikes you.

I posted a couple pictures to my dA last night while I was bored. One of Timbit, our dog, a couple months ago when I asked her if she wanted to go for a walk - this was her face. <3
Also, I posted a picture of Phoenix chewing on my headphones. The little ginger troublemaker.

I'm also writing again - albeit slowly. I feel like I keep saying that. But this time I really mean it. I've been editing and refurbishing some stuff I wrote almost three years ago for my characters. His story is rather complicated, and rewriting it is a chore. But I'm hoping now that I'm getting back into it, I'll be able to make more sense of what's going on with the whole story and the characters.
I'll link a very old sampling of how this character's brain works, below, if you wanted to check it out. Of course it's copywrited.Keep in mind it's very old - published on dA back in 2008. This is not my writing style anymore.

Alright, I guess I'm done rambling. I'm really just bored.

Some Actual Updates This Time

For once I am actually going to write something that means something.

HAH, got ya.

No, I'm just going to rant about my life like I always do on this pointless blog.
I am currently enjoying a surprise day off due to a phone call 15 minutes before I was due to start work this morning from my boss who said it wasn't worth it to come in today, as there were only a few appointments, and it wouldn't make sense to have three of us bored with nothing to do. So yay, surprise three day weekend! I'm excited because I never get three day weekends. The three day weekend usually happens on Monday, which is my regular day off, since I usually work Tuesday-Saturday. So it works out, I get paid for a day off, but that doesn't change the fact that I have a normal weekend and not a long one like everyone else.
We spent the morning cleaning the house, organizing things, vaccuming and swiffering, doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen. Our house is now fresh smelling and full of clean. It's lovely, but rare.
We are hermits in the house today - we went out just in the morning for milk, greek yogurt, and croissants. The essentials, you know? Also, there's white wine in the fridge for later, so why leave the house? We have buttery pastry, wine, and the makings for eternal cups of tea. It's not often that we get two full days off together. I think after the past three weekends jam packed with stuff, we're just gonna kick back and enjoy the relaxing.
Also, a certain someone's convinced me to try her online world, Guild Wars 2, which I bought her for her brithday in April, even though it was just realeased a couple of months ago. I preordered it so she could play it a few days before the rest of the world who waited until the release date. I am currently waiting for it to download on my computer, and am probably going to do nothing but spend lots of time creating my own characters on it, then running around pointlessly. I'm not really big on these kinds of games, but she is, so I said I'd give it a shot. There's no harm in trying, is there?

In the world of health, I rank a 5.6. Yes, there's the usual culprits - but recently, my cheek and just the side of my face in general have been giving me trouble. It's been determined that my wisdom teeth have decided that I am no longer a child and that they need to make an appearance. Painfully.
I'm now petrified that I'll need to have surgery or something, to have them taken out, and because I'm a wimp, I will have some kind of panic attack and die.
Yes, I am a huge wuss when it comes to medical stuff, especially when I know I won't be aware of what's happening when it's happening. I like to be aware of my surroundings at all times.

Anyway, I'm going to go play this game, and we'll see how that goes. See ya~

No brainpower, and pain.

Okay, kind of being a dork here. The other day I took this one photo, and decided I liked the way half my face looked.

I am posting photos because I'm bored. Lol

So I cropped it, went into an online photo editor, and put a cloud overlay over it.

Then I made it black and white but kept the color in my eye.

Then I cropped it even more, and put a peeling wallpaper overlay over it. (this would be my favourite).

And the same photo, again, with tree overlay.

A Nuuble bein' all cute.

Cute festive pumpkin arrangement
